In the Sandbridge team, we found a unique understanding of DSP and software defined radio technologies that we believe gives Sandbridge a strategic advantage over its competition in the broadband wireless marketplace.
Our confidence in Sandbridge has been validated as Sandbridge quickly created the world’s most powerful, multithreaded programmable DSP and design the world’s first low power, software defined radio (SDR) solution for multimode 3G handset applications. We believe Sandbridge will prove to be one of our premier investments and we are proud to be a part of its success to date.”
Sandbridge CEO Guenter Weinberger added, "Sandbridge's management and technical teams welcome the vote of confidence seen in the creation of this partnership with three of the world's leading technology venture financing organizations.
