Classifications

As of February 9, 2009 the SB3500 product has been classified to the United States Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, as EAR99 and is eligible for export to most end users as NLR (No License Required). However there are certain countries and end users for which a license will be required. In addition, be aware that items otherwise eligible for export without a license may require a license if the exporter knows or is informed that the item will be used in the design, development, production or use of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons, or ballistic missiles. This classification may not apply if this item is adapted, modified, or configured for a military use or for satellite applications. The CCATS number for this item is G067883.
